You have finally made up your mind to get in shape and decided that a good way to kick start this regime is to begin by doing some stretching. You start off your regime enthusiastically, but the excitement wears off when you discover that you have accidentally pulled some muscles, hurting yourself in the process and being in worse shape than when you started.
