Enjoy The Amazing Ashtanga Yoga Practice

Ashtanga Yoga is a kind of yoga which is taught by K. Pattabhi Jois. Another name for this kind of yoga is Eight Limb Yoga which started with an idea by someone name Pattanjali. It shows that eight spiritual practices are the way of purification.

Ashantanga Yoga can by symbolized by 4 limbs called Asana, Pranayama, niyama and yama. These are intended processes to purify that which can be corrected on the outside. The limbs for internal processes are the dhyana, pratyahara, and dharana.

The method that Ashtanga Yoga uses is considered to be the only one that can correct the limbs. It can be very hazardous to the mind to use this kind of yoga.

It is not achievable to practice the sub-limbs which have the yama and niyama and the Eight Limbs of the external practices according to K. Pattabhi. The body needs to be powerful enough to practice this type of yoga. If there is a frail body and the sense organs are not operating at full capacity then it will not be beneficial to practice.

This is a philosophy that K. Pattabhi Jois has applied. This is important to understand so that in doing the practice, it will ensure that the body will get better and become more fit and improved.

Two things applied in Ashtanga Yoga are Tristhana and Vinsaya.

A type of yoga called Vinsaya makes Ashtanga and its practices very different from other kinds. Vinsaya is defined by the breathing and action which can be used to cleanse internally. There is only one breath for each movement. It is vital to sweat when doing Vinsaya. The procedure is being followed properly if there is sweating. When Asanas is performed, heat is created by the body which makes your blood boil and help the toxins leave your body. The sweat has much toxins in it. As more sweat is produced, the release of toxins increases.

The health and physique of the body are increased by the poses. It is made achievable by the series of procedures. Ashtaga Yoga has three postures that are practiced.

There are varied levels that the three are ordered in.

The Primary Series is the first and its goal is to align the body and help get the toxins out.

The Intermediate Series is the second and used to clean and open the energy channels which help cleanse the nervous system.

The Advanced Series is the last which is used to measure power and grace.

Another yoga foundation is the Tristhana which symbolizes the joining of attention and action in three locations. Posture is the first, breathing technique is second and the Dristhi is the last of the Looking Place. These three need to work together to achieve a function.

Breathing techniques are harmonized and synchronous. There is only one breath coinciding with one movement. Ujjayi Breathing is the breathing procedure used throughout Ashtanga Yoga. This technique must be constantly applied after every practice. It can help to be more proficient by maintaining a pose for a longer period and hold your breath during this time. This is a great breathing exercise that will maximize the internal fire and will help the nervous system to grow stronger.

Both Tristhana and Ashtanga deal with the sequence of Dristhi. The Dristhi is specified as the time when you achieve your attention or focus while performing the Asana. This allows the mind to be cleansed and equalized clearly.

Cleansing and clearing the mind can only be done in the Ashtanga Yoga or Eight-Limb Yoga.

Is Menopause Bleeding A Cause For Concern

If you haven’t had a period for a long time and think you are well into the menopause, vaginal bleeding can cause you a great deal of concern. Don’t panic though; there are a number of possible reasons for your bleed. Even if the bleeding does turn out to be a sign of something more serious, getting a diagnosis and early treatment should ensure you can solve the problem.

The first possibility is that you are still having occasional periods. As women go through the menopause their cycles often become irregular and missed periods are common. They can become lighter and shorter or heavier and longer; all women are different. Although women are classed as being post menopausal when they haven’t had a period for a year, they may still have an occasional period after this time.

Once you really are post menopausal, there are other possible reasons for bleeding. Decreased levels of estrogen mean the walls of the vaginal become thinner and generally more prone to bleeding, especially after sexual intercourse. You may also experience bleeding due to a vaginal infection, or growths in the uterus. A trip to your doctor or gynecologist should put your mind at rest in these cases.

The most serious possible cause of vaginal bleeding is cancer of the uterus, known as endometrial cancer. There is a fairly high incidence of this cancer in North America, with 40,000 new endometrial cancer cases and 7,500 deaths predicted for 2007. Women are more at risk when they are undergoing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) that only involves estrogen and not progesterone, as progesterone protects the lining of the uterus.

The sooner endometrial cancer is diagnosed, the more chance there is of an effective cure. Vaginal bleeding is a very early indicator of this disease, so you should always consult your doctor if you experience unexplained vaginal bleeding.

Typically, bleeding caused by endometrial cancer has certain characteristics. Women usually experience a watery, blood streaked flow, with the proportion of blood gradually increasing over time. This may be accompanied by pain whilst passing urine, pain in the pelvis and pain during sexual intercourse. Of course these three additional symptoms can be indicators of other post menopause problems so don’t panic, but do mention them to your doctor.

If your doctor suspects possible endometrial cancer they will usually perform a transvaginal ultrasound so see if the endometrium, or uterus lining, is unusually thick. If it is they will then recommend a biopsy where a sample of the tissue form the lining of the uterus is removed and sent for laboratory testing.

If you experience post menopausal bleeding, there is most likely a simple explanation. However, if you are worried you should always consult your doctor or gynecologist. At the very least they will be able to put your mind at rest, or prescribe something to ease your symptoms. In the worst case, a trip to the doctor for early diagnosis and treatment could actually save your life.

Is Home Microdermabrasion as Good as Professional Treatments?

Originally, microdermabrasion was a medical procedure used to rejuvenate skin, lessen the signs of scarring, and remove fine lines and the effects of acne. The top layer of dead skin is removed during treatment, while promoting the production of new cells in the deepest layer of skin. This reduces the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars and many other blemishes.

In the medical procedure, the technician or dermatologist uses an expensive dermabrasion machine, sandblasting the skin with aluminum oxide crystals. The technician controls the level of the blast, and the patient wears goggles to protect the eyes. Because treatments are relatively painless, anesthesia is generally not administered. Treatments last about 20 - 30 minutes if only the face is being treated, and can last up to an hour if the neck and upper chest are included. Courses of microdermabrasion consist of 6-8 treatments, usually every 2 weeks. All treatments are done at a doctor’s office, salon, or spa. Treatments can cost up to $200 each.

There are over a hundred different microdermabrasion machines available. Some are designed for salons while others may require a physician’s license to operate, depending on local state laws.

More recently, many so-called home microdermabrasion products have become popular. Infomercials featuring well known celebrities promote skin creams with “crystals” and application machines. Most of these at-home microdermabrasion products, however, are really just a fancier exfoliation method, not true microdermabrasion. Some microdermabrasion creams do contain aluminum oxide crystals like the microdermabrasion machine uses, but the creams lubricate the skin, and therefore are not very effective at applying the crystals. When using microdermabrasion creams, you cleanse your skin, apply the cream and massage it in, rinse, and apply your moisturizer. Over time, you will notice some superficial improvement in your skin’s appearance. The problem is that professional microdermabrasion relies on the friction, or the abrasion, of the crystals to remove a layer of dead, damaged skin cells, and creams, though easy to apply, actually reduce friction as well as reducing the effectiveness of the product.

A couple of home microdermabrasion products provide a means to safely apply aluminum oxide crystals directly to the skin, more accurately emulating office microdermabrasion systems. The Dermanesse Professional Microdermabrasion System, for example, uses patent-pending DermaSponge applicators embedded with aluminum oxide crystals, and can be safely applied at home with results comparable to a visit to the doctor’s office.

After microdermabrasion, you typically experience a slight irritation and skin may be slightly reddened, as if sunburned. This can last for a few hours, and up to a day or so if you have sensitive skin. Most people have no complications associated with microdermabrasion. With the more powerful, medical grade machines, there is a slight possibility of excessive irritation and infection if the machine is improperly sterilized or the application wand isn’t used properly. It is important to make sure your dermatologist or aesthetician is properly trained and certified in the type of machine they are using.

Using at-home microdermabrasion systems that apply aluminum oxide crystals directly to your skin, you should be careful not to spend too much time on any on area to avoid problems, though they are rare with at-home systems. However, if your skin does experience a little more irritation than usual, it will heal in a few days and you should still enjoy great results. Next time, use a little less pressure or apply the product for a shorter time. As your skin adjusts to the treatments, it actually gets stronger and more able to handle them without irritation. The little bit of irritation you may feel is a sign that the microdermabrasion is actually working just as well as it does with an office type of treatment.

Good candidates for microdermabrasion have minor surface scars, wrinkles, fine lines, slight pigmentation or acne scars, and want to enjoy younger-looking, healthier skin.

Help Children with Diabetes to Cope at School

Parents of children with diabetes should take the initiative and inform the school’s principal and teachers of their children’s diabetic conditions. The teachers should then disseminate information relating to diabetes to the class, so everyone that the child with diabetes come in touch with at school, will be prepared for any emergency and provide any necessary support.

A diabetic child has the same aspirations and dreams as other children and it is important that they are treated in just the same way. Whenever they request to have a drink, have some food or to visit the washroom, they should be taken seriously. Those are calls from their body telling them to do what’s necessary to keep them healthy. Children with diabetes should also be able to communicate freely with others, be it at home or in school.

Classmates should be informed about the child’s diabetic condition in a way that the class would treat him or her just like themselves. The class should be educated of any possible diabetic emergencies so that they would be able to react accordingly.

So how would you portray the child’s diabetic conditions to the class and what do you tell them? One of the ways is to ask a family member to provide information to the class and tell them what diabetes actually is. The family member should be prepared to answer questions as children are naturally inquisitive and would want honest and truthful answers to their enquiries.

The information provided should be told in such a way that they would be able to comprehend. For example, presentations in the form of cartoons or pictorial diagrams would help them understand what they are being told about diabetes more easily.

Inform them what diabetes is and how it affects the body and also that the diabetic child needs to take shots to control the disease. Tell them about maintaining blood sugar levels, the importance of it and how it affects the brain and the nervous system. Showing how insulin works in the body might be an important part of the presentation.

Explaining how chemical changes that take place in the body, causing the blood sugar level to become low and its effects would help the class understand more about the diabetic child’s condition. Signs and symptoms of low blood sugar are that the diabetic child might become irate easily, become temperamental, have headaches, fall asleep unexpectedly or become confused over simple things.

Diabetic children might sometimes be having so much fun and become engrossed with what they are doing and not notice that they have signs of low blood sugar. It is important for diabetic children to refrain from taking simple sugars. Although that might be the case, eating sugar cubes or drinking a fruit juice would help to raise their sugar levels back to the norm.

The children should also know that when a diabetic person reacts to the chemical changes in the body, they might act shaky, start perspiring and look pale. When the diabetic child is taking a test or examination, their blood sugar level might drop and those signs and symptoms might show, requiring them to have some snacks to keep their blood sugar at the norm and not let it drop too low.

Color Therapy Is It Anti Hypertension or Hype?

Many claim that anti hypertension can be achieved through color therapy.
This method works on the assumption that the brain is directly influenced by colors and their various shades, and that they may be applied to reduce tension. Some swear by this; others say it’s completely false, nothing more than a placebo effect. Which side is correct? You have to decide that for yourself, so here are the facts.

Anti hypertension, as described by color therapy, occurs when certain shades
are placed on the body. These colors can directly affect the area of the body on which they are applied. For hypertension, there are different hues for creating different positive influences. Purple, for example, can be used to calm the kidneys, magenta is said to promote their balance, and indigo is keeps away all signs of tumors. The theory is that these colors assist in keeping the kidneys healthy and prevent effects of high blood pressure.

So how does it work? There are multiple ways to use the anti hypertension
therapy and they each have their supporters:

One: an individual can simply wear the color, often in the form of a
necklace or crystal, and this will be enough. Even just putting on a shirt
of a particular shade will have the right effect.

Two: meditation is required. Some believe that a person must find the time
to picture a color in his or her mind. Rather than wearing the shade, the
person will create an image of it, thus offering a more direct message to
the brain.

Three: using external objects. Some say that using colored bulbs in lighting, for example, can be a form of color therapy. You can see the shade and your body will respond to it, rather than having to rely on picturing it in your mind.

Four: drawing tiny dots of color on the body part you wish to heal. Many think that this is the best approach as it targets the areas you need. A colored marker is utilized to draw the dots, which are then reapplied as the colors wear away.

But is this all true? Can you achieve a state of anti hypertension just by using color?

There is no real answer to that. Some believe in it and others do not. The
ones who support it as a form of anti hypertension and also a method of
healing all other ailments cite its longevity. Color therapy has been around for
thousands of years and that certainly anything that has withstood the test of time must have some validity. Others claim that it is nothing more than an example of an extended trick on the mind.

Color therapy’s validly becomes a choice to make on your own. It cannot be said for certain whether or not it has any effect on the body. What can be said, though, is that you should always consult with your doctor and learn the other steps to take to reduce your blood pressure and keep your kidneys intact. You should never just rely on only one method. Instead, talk to your doctor and discuss alternative and complimentary treatments.

Pure Water - Alkaline Water

Ever dreamt of trekking into the high mountains, putting your hands into the crystalline
blue glacial water that gushes forth through the rocks? Of drinking the pristinely pure cool water so refreshing and life giving, with the sweetness of minerals and the lightness of fairies? Now the water ionizers promise us the same experience in your own home or workplace.

For ages, man has suffered from acidity. Its effects are digestive problems, ulcers, low energy, fatigue, vulnerability to cold and even obesity. (An acid tongue or acid humour, however, may not be connected except by a long shot!)

The cause of acidity is the imbalance in alkaline-acid level in body fluids. The cure is drinking of alkaline water to restore the balance.

The human body does possess a self-regulatory mechanism through some proteins, minerals and kidney and lung functions. Even through breathing, we inhale alkaline oxygen and exhale acidic carbon dioxide.

Forgive us our excesses

But our food habits are not exactly tuned to keep the balance in our system. French fries, carbonated beverages, alcohol, coffee, refined sugar or flour, high protein meat / dairy products, all of which we enjoy so much create residues of acid which the body cells cannot handle.

Stress, worries, tensions, illnesses and extremely demanding physical exercises add to secretion of acids upsetting the balance. When acidity level in the body rises abnormally, the body becomes a playground for bacteria that attack cells and leave behind toxins. An overload of toxins in the body again weakens its resistance to diseases and hastens the ageing process.

The pH indicators

Science has invented a scale to gauge the alkaline-acid balance in the human body. It is known as “ pH”. It has nothing to do with photography. It is derived from the French
”Pouvoire Hydrogene” an indicator of hydrogen ion activity. It employs a count of 1 to 14. At 1 is the highest acidity level, 7 is the state of balance (neutral) and 14 is the highest alkaline level.

Our entire body structure seems to be floating in water, considering that more than seventy percent of it is composed of water. We need to drink at least 3-4 litres of alkaline water daily to replenish the losses and to ensure that all acid is neutralized and that there is enough water to carry nutrients and minerals to the cells.

All this focuses on the need to use alkaline drinking water for our daily consumption. Doctors advise an alkaline level of pH 9 to 10 in the water that we drink.

What happens in a water ionizer?

The first part of the process eliminates a major portion of both organic and inorganic contaminants. This is done using silver impregnated carbon to make sure that the filtration process eradicates as many harmful compounds as possible, leaving a water that is filtered ready for ionization.

The water ionizer then ionizes the water in a compartment that contains a number of electrodes that are negatively charged, which attracts the positive ions in your water. This water is loaded with negative ions, therefore turning it into alkaline water, which has wide ranging health benefits. Alkaline ionized water is very beneficial and healthy for us because it assists our body’s pH to gradually move down to the optimal pH, which is a little alkaline. Among many other benefits, increased alkalinity of the water assists the body to eliminate toxins that accumulate within our body.
Four streams of water for your use
There are well known brands like Aquasana water filters that have kitchen countertop and whole house models besides a shower filter model. If you wish, you could go in for alkaline water machines that break up your tap water into four streams.

1. An Alkaline based drinking water

· This causes an antioxidant effect and eliminates disease causing toxins (free radicals)

· helps with acidosis type conditions

· helps balance an acidic diet

2. An astringent water

· great for hair and skin care

3. A strong acidic water

· powerful antimicrobial water

4. A Strong Alkaline water

· great for cleaning and removing organic matter from surfaces

Ode to alkaline water

Man pollutes water and water machines restore it to health and gift it to man again. Today your health depends on them. If John Keats were alive today, he would have forgotten his wine and sung, a la Ode to the Nightingale, ” Oh, for a draught of crystalline drink, from a beaker full of alkaline water, with beaded bubbles winking at the brim…”

Discover The Benefits Of Weight Lifting

The following article is one of a series of articles which focus on Self Improvement, Motivation and Empowerment. It is based on research done over twenty years as a personal and business coach. This self improvement article was written in response to questions which have been asked on losing weight and long term weight loss as well as address common challenges that people have with this subject. I sincerely hope that you find the following
information of value.

Discover The Benefits Of Weight Lifting

Most people, especially women, discard weight lifting as a good form of exercise because they think that weight lifting will actually make their bodies look like a man. If you are one of those people, then you might be surprised to know that this is not true. The hormones of man and woman are not the same. The hormone testosterone plays a major role in muscular development. Because women have very little of this hormone, they tend not to “bulk-up” with weight training.

Researches also demonstrate that resistance exercise, also called strength training, like weight training and weight lifting, has profound effects on the musculoskeletal system, contributes to the maintenance of functional abilities, and prevents osteoporosis, sarcopenia (loss of body mass), lower-back pain, and other disabilities.

Weight lifting also contributes to muscle conditioning. Muscle conditioning is important for the overall stability and strength of the body. It is beneficial until the end of life if well maintained. Muscle conditioning is good for the bones because bones grow stronger and denser with stresses put on the muscles around them.

Moreover, weight lifting makes the muscles, connective tissues and tendons stronger.

========SIDEBAR========
When it comes to the subject of self improvement, I fully understand (through my own experiences) that it is a lot easier said than done. However, you are here, right now, because you have a desire to improve your self or you are at least interested in this subject. Perhaps you are reading this to help a friend or colleague - great. If this article helps you or you help a friend, paying it forward is what life is all about so we all win.
======END SIDEBAR======

The way you sit and stand are influenced by the health of a network of neck, shoulder, back, hip and abdominal muscles. Stronger muscles can help you stand and sit straighter and more comfortably. You may notice improved balance and stability.

As you begin to notice the positive physical changes in your body and develop a regular exercise routine, your ability to handle stress effectively will improve. Weight training allows you to sleep better, i.e., fall asleep quicker and sleep deeper. Clinical studies have shown regular exercise to be one of the three best tools for effective stress management.

Weight lifting, like most forms of exercise also raises metabolism thus causing the body to burn more calories. This helps in the maintenance of our desirable weight. Boosted metabolism (which means burning more calories when at rest) with reduced body fat. Your overall weight may not change, but you will gain muscle and lose fat. Over time you should notice decreases in waist measurements and body fat measurement.

Remember the adage “something is better than nothing.” Start improving your health. A little start like lifting those grocery bags and rocking your baby to sleep may mean a decrease on your risk of muscle loss on later years.

Consult with your doctor if you want to make weight lifting a daily part of your fitness regimen.

10 Hidden Acne Triggers

Have you ever pigged out on sugar candies broke out the next day? A sugar overdose was obviously to blame. There are other acne triggers that aren’t so obvious, either because they are weaker or so commonly used that we don’t notice them anymore.

Some other acne triggers are hidden away in our environment and can cause some people to break out more than they should. One of the most surprising acne triggers that have been discovered is mouth wash. Using mouthwash daily promoted acne breakouts all around the mouth, something that is very common among acne sufferers.

Another hidden acne trigger was the use of some toothpastes. Similarly, the same chemicals contained in the mouthwash was also found in some toothpastes and have produce acne in some.

Another overlooked acne trigger is gum which contains aspartame. Aspartame is a sweetener found in nearly all gums available on the market today and acts as a poison when given to rats. This can cause acne in many.

Finally, dust can cause acne in acne sufferers. Having an excessive amount of dust in a room will lower your immune system and consequently, can trigger acne breakouts. Not to mention, dust is primarily composed of dead skin cells. A simple cleaning of your room will often produce healthy results a few days later.

Although some of these may not apply to you, there can be more hidden triggers in your environment which are specific to only you. Finding them and managing the acne triggers is one of the key things that you can do when dealing with acne.

“Dieting” Torture By Another Name, It Doesn’t Need To Be That Way

I have tried many “diets” here in the USA and in England and to me they all felt like self inflicted torture. They were boring, tasteless, and restrictive. Like many of you I work hard, I don’t ask for much in the way of pleasures when I get home at night. The one thing that does give me enormous pleasure is eating, I love food and yes, I like the odd drink too.

I was not and never have been a very large person, 186lb at 5’8” tall. Not huge but always feeling bloated, I had the “carry on luggage” hanging over the belt and always felt tired and lethargic. Then one day my wife and I heard about the Atkins torture, I mean, diet. I thought what the heck; I might as well give it a go. Well, to my surprise I lost weight and I lost it quite quickly, I still lacked energy but nevertheless I was very impressed. It was like every man’s dream come true, meat, meat, and more meat, and losing weight. I was doing well but yes you probably guessed it, I got bored, bored, bored. The weight went back on far quicker than it came off. I have learned that most if not all diets will help you lose weight. The trick is being able to stick to it.

Like all the other diets I had tried, Atkins was restrictive, repetitive and after a while tasteless. To be fair to the other diets I had tried, including Atkins, there are recipes that can help to ease the pain but who wants to start experimenting with their culinary talents when they get in from a hard day at the office. I can tell you now, I do not. I know it sounds great having steak every day but we have all heard the saying “too much of a good thing” and very quickly that “good thing” can turn into a very bad thing. Atkins almost put me off steak for life!

Now I am losing weight again and I am down to 172lb, I know it’s only 14lb or a “stone” as we say in England but I am not bored, I feel great, and when I get in from work at night I eat what I want. How I hear you all cry, well I will tell you; I found a way of giving my body the nutrition it needs to stay healthy and I have been able to lose weight at the same time.

I started using and then marketing an all natural nutritional program that incorporates weight loss for those that need it, weight gain for those that want it and many other beneficial products for skin health, major organ health and male and female personal health solutions.

Many people get stuck in the boom and bust cycle. We have all tried many diets but most of us have failed. Ask yourselves a question and answer honestly. What caused you to fail? If you are being honest you must answer “will power” All of the diets I have tried have caused me to lose weight. I cannot say they were not effective at achieving this. I can say however that they were boring and restrictive and that the boredom probably did not help my chances of sticking to the diet. I am not without some will power but as they say “Variety is the spice of life”.

As I said earlier I love food and the thing I like most about it is the sheer variety of foods available. I do not want to have to pick and choose what I am and am not allowed to eat. Since myself and my family moved to the USA we have been able to eat out more times in the last five years than I was able to do in England in the previous thirty. The cost of eating out here is so much more affordable. I am like a kid in the candy store, I love it. Unfortunately that makes putting on weight very easy, and so the diet cycle begins.

Of course any sensible attempt at weight loss has to have an element of sacrifice, we have to eat a sensible amount of food while at the same time supplying our bodies with all of the vitamins and nutrients that it needs but the goals that we set ourselves must be attainable otherwise we doom ourselves to failure. Do we need to eat meat and nothing else? Do we have to eat salad and nothing else? Does anyone out there honestly think that microwave meals are satisfying?

Being overweight is now being linked with many health problems, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, the list goes on. It is also well documented that obesity is the fastest growing health problem on the planet. It is crucial that overweight people who wish to lose weight are encouraged and helped to break the vicious cycle of eating and dieting. Let me say this “you are not alone”.

I often see overweight people who are obviously desperate to lose weight forcing themselves to jog around the streets in a desperate attempt to burn calories. If they understood what harm they are doing to their joints and heart they probably would not attempt this form of exercise. I am not saying do not exercise but we must make sure we are fit enough for exercise. If you are carrying far too much excess weight then you will do yourself more harm than good. Start by getting the food and nutrient intake under control and incorporate some light exercise such as walking then as you begin to lose weight you can start to gradually increase the amount and intensity of the workout.

Most of the overweight people I have seen jogging are probably doomed to failure because they cannot possibly be enjoying the torture of forcing their bodies to do something that, lets face it, has been totally alien to it for years. Start slowly, that is the key. Do not expect instant results, the quick fix does not exist. It took time to get out of shape it will take time to get back in shape. Be patient.

If overweight people are ever to be able to lose weight and keep the weight off they must look for a more scientific way of maintaining healthy, nutritional eating patterns. Help is out there, there is an army of very dedicated people, who were all customers once, just like me, that are now helping thousands of people lose weight and become healthier, happier people.

These people understand that proper nutrition is the key to a healthier life. They understand that the never ending cycle of torturous dieting or joint busting exercise simply does not work for most of us and are nearly always doomed to failure. Some people are very strong willed and can stick to even the most demanding of diets to achieve their goals. I am afraid that like many people out their, I am not one of those people.

If you are like me and do not possess a will of iron, get help. It will change your life as it has changed mine.

Do yourself and your loved ones a huge service. Choose a nutritional program you can stick to without destroying your taste buds.

You won’t regret it. Oh and by the way, it definitely is not boring!
